Why is it that some employees keep safety top-of-mind every day while others need constant reminders? What makes people “think” safety? What processes are at work in the brain that drive people to have a “safety attitude”? This program will answer those questions and give you a framework for getting your entire team onboard with making safety your workplace culture. (more details below)
Since day one of their careers, most of your workers have been encouraged to think “safety first.” As they matured in their jobs, some adopted that message as a way of life while others continue to take shortcuts that put themselves and their co-workers at risk.
This webinar will shed light on what turns people on to safety and what turns them off. You’ll learn what your Safety team can do to change the minds of risk-takers -- and how to use safety-minded employees to encourage a safety culture.
This webinar will lead the participants through the ABC's of Personal Safety:
