The new workforce reality isn’t just “new school” versus “old school.” It’s far more complex than that.
Today’s workforce can span four or even five generations -- with Boomers at one end and the upcoming “Gen Z” on the other. This webinar will help leaders (from any generation) streamline their varied workforce into a team more valuable than the sum of its parts. (more details below)
Each generation, from Boomers to Millennials, has their strengths, their weaknesses, and their own unique talents. And they all have unique attitudes and feelings towards authority, communication, technology, change, loyalty and dress. Each group is indispensable, and when they come together as a synergistic force, they can be unstoppable.
But left unguided, these differences can rip a team of intelligent, hardworking employees apart. Your multi-generational workforce needs help working together.
Fortunately, effective management can bring out the best in every generation and get them all on the same page. That can only be done when differences are brought to light, acknowledged, celebrated, and fully utilized.
This highly engaging and interactive session will detail proven strategies that managers and senior leaders can implement now to get the best performance from employees of all ages even as they exhibit wildly different ideas about work ethic, work-life balance, and long-term career goals, among many other issues.
