Joe’s experience also includes senior executive positions in Human Resources and Talent Development at Tenet Healthcare, Whirlpool Corporation and Compaq Computer Corporation.
Joe holds his bachelor's degree in psychology and his master's degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. He has published a number of articles, co-authored a titled "Make it Work", and is a speaker and recognized expert on talent, leadership, change, and organization development.
