The New Overtime Rules: Are You Ready?

Duration: 60 minutes

The Department of Labor has finally released its plan for the long-awaited new overtime rules. Estimates show this revision will impact more than 1.3 million workers. You don’t want to wait until the last minute. Bottom line: The proposal includes an increase of the salary threshold for overtime eligibility from $23,660 to $35,308 annually -- and will also push the minimum weekly salary from $455 to $679 (an increase of nearly 50%!). This webinar will give you the facts you need to start your preparations now. (more details below)

* Approved for 1.0 recertification credit hour through HRCI & SHRM.

WHY ATTEND

Early preparation is key but you can’t take steps until you know exactly what the regs require and what you’ll need to do differently.
